Prior to founding MOST, Olga McMurdo (nee Banchikova) worked on civic and high-end residential projects for a selection

of the world’s top practices in Holland, Russia and the UK, including OMA, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Grimshaw Architects.

Olga studied architecture at the Moscow Institute of Architecture, 
where her research attracted a national science medal, and graduation project a Grand Prix.  

She then completed postgraduate study in Urban Design at the Bartlett School of Architecture and Built Environment in London,

as a Chevening Scholar.

Among Olga’s international awards for architecture are prestigious World Architecture Award and a shortlist of the RIBA Silver Medal. 
Her work is in the collection of Museum of Contemporary History of Russia.

Olga is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of the British Architects, 
and the Architects Registration Board.
